Pieter Rutjens
Mr. Rutjens is RUHL Group Limited's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Based in our Dubai office, Mr. Rutjens is responsible for the allocation of capital and the day-to-day operations of the Company.
My Story
After his financial and legal studies in the Netherlands Mr. Rutjens has spent decades in the financial and investment sector as a wealth manager working with both private clients and companies. He started his career as an assistant asset manager with a Dutch-based wealth management company in the late eighties. In the nineties, and the years following, he worked for both Dutch and German banks as a private banker for high-net-worth clients. During this time he also obtained his master’s degree in financial planning from Tias University in 2002.
In 2008 Pieter emigrated to France to set up his own consultancy company for clients seeking solutions for their cash investments. As of 2020 he extended his activities to Dubai, UAE, with similar activities and focus on cash investments, cash enhancement programs, and business funding solutions.
In his spare time he enjoys nature, hiking, climbing, and cycling.
